Shipping Policy

XSALTRU products are made on demand. Production begins after an order is successfully placed and paid. The delivery estimate shown at checkout includes estimated production and carrier transit time, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is emailed when each package ships.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

If tracking shows no delivery or a package appears lost, email xsaltru@gmail.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date and include your order number.
